We fully understand that we now live in a different world, and our visitors want to know that we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety and hygiene of our holiday accommodation.

We have always considered cleanliness to be the most important part of our success. So, we have introduced additional cleaning measures above the norm, including new cleaning materials that kill both bacteria and viruses.

This means that we have changed many of our change-over practices to minimize the risk of contracting and spreading the coronavirus. All of these rules will be constantly revised and subject to change, in accordance with government advice and “best practices”. These major changes include: -

Sending the lead guest pre-arrival information covering any new check-in procedures.

Removing all unecessary leaflets, boardgames and books.  We will put as much information on-line to cover information about the local area and things to do.

Changing pillows and duvets as well as protectors for each new group of guests.

As mentioned, we are updating our check-in procedure.  We are asking guests to check-in from 4pm on your arrival day.  We will leave the key (which will have been disinfected) in the door and will come to see you only if you need us to visit the property for any reason. 

We have supplied antibacterial hand gel for you to use during your stay.
